This is the first time I have seen Sean coming in for Routine inspection. He identified the problem and follow up the appointment of me within a short period of time. 5 stars for the man and his service.

Comprehensive pest service

We have a restaurant in the city. Restaurant have been shuts down 6 month due to covid and now they turn around to ask to paid for an invoice that they dont even service us when the restaurant total shut down for long long time. I surprised when they want us to inform them 2 month before stopping service. But how can they service the place when the key code have changed and even managed by new people. That is not even talking about very poor service each time they turned up for 20 minutes and we still have to deal with flys. I would recommend all businesses to not use their services. I hate people who do business without code of conduct like this. I rather support a small local business rather than a brand franchise.

I was a returning customer. Called and emailed to book in a general pest spray and termite inspection multiple times with no response. Once I was finally able to book in it took around 6 weeks for them email me the termite inspection report (after I'd paid and reminded them twice).Terrible customer service and I'm not convinced the spray did much.

Very poor customer service. Once we paid them they wouldn't call back despite them promising to follow-up on some outstanding (still have bugs) issue and despite numerous attempts to talk to their office. Go with another company, they can't all be this bad!

Their tradesman are friendly but it took 4 months for their administration (in Sydney) to accept a mistake by overcharging us and another 5 months to adjust their invoice. We have been using them for 28 years...their way of treating customer is just appalling and not fair. I will use another smaller company from now on.
