We were moving to the area and made the decision to support local business, as we needed to purchase a new ride on mower, after visiting the business on the 31.12.21 and discussing options on different models with the salesman we said that we would call back on the first day of business in the new year, which we did, the mower was still in stock and was ours so I proceeded to fill out their finance application online which was a 10 minute approval process. As soon as it was completed I call back to give them the details of the approval and I was told that it was just sold which was bad enough, only to have to request several times that they cancel the pending transaction and then on the 07.02.22 have to threaten the business with an ombudsman complaint to have it resolved.It is fair to say that no matter the reason I will never step foot in this business again for any reason.

Service and warranty sucks , if they can't fix it they should not sell it and promote it as a good product. Will never use there services again. Other dealers in town give much better sales and service and at a cheaper price.

I have purchased twice with this company. First time I was not overly impressed, but second purchase made my mind up never to do any business with them again. First was a weed eater. I took it back because of cord twisting inside the head. I was told the cord was not right for that machine. They sold me some so called new cord. It was worse. I went back to the original cord, which I have used for the last 15 years. No problems again. Next purchase was a ride on mower. Salesman was very strange. I couldn't seem to get the gist of what he was talking about re the delivery. I paid in full, and delivery would be next day. Came 3pm no delivery, so phoned to find out where it was, calculating that after 3pm, the deliverer would not get back in time for end of shift. After a big carry on, with them threatening to cancel my purchase and put money back in my bank etc. it was finally delivered almost on dark. It turns out the staff deliver in their own time, which was not made clear to us at time of purchase. I am not impressed with one of the owners whom I spoke to either. He accused us of making degrading remarks about his company. None of this was true. Stock is in short supply, so they think they have the trump card. There are far better companies to deal with just down the road from them. It doesn't pay to get too big headed when you rely on customers to keep a business afloat.

Twice have I rang and asked for a price and availability of a mower item. Twice answered by a young girl saying I will ask the service guys and ring you back shortly.Still waiting no responce.So much for supporting a local business.

Had a simple warranty claim. Spoke with Rod the service manager I was told no warranty on cutting deck didn't even try. I guess no after sales service is his policy.Go to lowood mowers and see Mark I did my warranty claim is now being addressed. Thanks Mark
