Fitstop Bundall has been the best decision I have made to reach my goals! I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. I love the format, the fun team attitude and the trainers consistent high energy throughout our sessions. In such a short time I’ve made some amazing friendships and have become apart of the Fitstop Community Family! I highly recommend to anyone wanting a change this is the place to be.

I had been training for years at traditional gyms, spending hours at a time, simply going through the motions and hoping to see some change. Becoming a new father, and with time being limited, I knew it was time to shake things up. I wanted to find something that still offered weights, while also incorporating cardio in a time efficient manner. I decided to give Fitstop a go and see if it would suit my lifestyle.Shortly after joining, the Unstoppable series had started. A six week challenge which was well-thought-out, included nutrition guides, performance analysis and achievements to keep you accountable. It was great to see some positive changes in such a short amount of time. Fast forward a few months and I’m feeling fitter and stronger than ever before.Fitstop offers a relaxed, friendly and fun environment with like minded members motivating you through each session. The staff are excellent and help you towards achieving your goals.

Great vibe, fun trainers and effective workouts! If you’re new to training / weight lifting definitely sign up. Matt, Ash & Zoe are full of knowledge and will support and guide you to help achieve your fitness goals. My fitness and health has improved so much. I’m feeling stronger than I’ve ever felt in my life.

The best fit family I've ever met. I've never get bored I always end up sweating and happy. I joined at the free week after trying all classes and I felt in love with it. Olivia, Paul and Brenton are amazing coaches and motivators.

I went to this gym for over a year, the safest happiest place to learn and grow within your fitness journey. Matty the owner and his family are incredible, always make you feel at home and are happy to assist always! Zoe & Ash are both wonderful trainers and there is never a session that I haven’t enjoyed the company of everyone around me!
