We had plantation shutters done and the whole experience from sales through to install has been absolutely faultless. The shutters are excellent quality, arrived on schedule and were installed perfectly. Would highly recommend this company. My parents used them 5 years ago also for plantations and also had a great experience and had no problems with the shutters after 5 years

I had all my windows, 12 in all, done by IMS. They were efficient and friendly from the start. Quick to come and quote. Justin was so helpful and took the time to talk me through the options and what would work based on my goals.The acceptance process was easy and again Justin was so helpful in choosing materials and colours for the blinds. They kept me up to date with when blinds were expected and arrived.Mary and Noelene were amazing in finding a time that worked for installation. After I had to cancel the morning of due to illness, they made it so easy to reschedule!The blinds look amazing and are exactly as ordered. A professional, efficient and friendly team with a fabulous product!

I have had mutliple homes done with IMS and cannot fault them. They were very polite and on time with the initial quoting appointment. Once i signed the paperwork the team at IMS were very responsive with keeping me up to date on the progress of my order. Their customer service is being any i have experienced before. Amazing service. The team in the showroom and consultants were great. So friendly and easy to get along with. My experience with IMS from start to finish from sales staff, measure/quote, the excellent installation employee have been second to none. Our new installed custom made drapes, pelmets, roller blind look fantastic. The cost also very reasonable. If there were delays Yvonne contacted me and explained the reason for the delay (no fault of IMS). All in all I am very satisfied with the service and would use IMS again if I had to. Thank you all.
