In a brand new house we have glass windows from Australian glass group, sliding doors from Watson and balustrades from Glass tech. Watson DID NOT warranty their glass which has marks moisture from manufacture date. Whereas Australian Glass group have for a 2nd time shown great customer support and its replacements and offer a 10 yr guarantee. DO NOT Use Watson as they ignored requests to service. Glass tech also promised in person to rectify and they did not. I have recorded evidence to support claims and decided if any further issue arrises I will take legal action. This time We had to pay to rectify the problem caused by using Watson glass and by using AGG glass who were kind enough to help we have At least rectified one of the defects. See images to see how poor quality Watson glass products are with severe marks in between double glazing panels and Craig Malcolm @ Watson is yet to rectify. We will be in touch again no doubt very soon for warranty on the severely markings between double glazing panels.

Called Glenn (sales manager) he was very helpful and knowledgeable, manage to check their inventory in minutes and i managed to ordered 19mm extra clear toughened glass , these guys managed to deliver in 2 weeks as promised, only company who was willing to delivery to my backyard unlike all other companies who only mange to deliver to curbside, extremely happy with the product and end to end process, definitely recommend these guys for all your glass needs..thanks and keep up the good work.

Not very helpful when you provide info and measurements for shower screen cut outs.Stay clear or Glenn very rude and arrogant…
