Bulli Beach Tourist Park

Great place we stayed for a basketball tournament. Cabins are really nice! Unfortunately, no WiFi and Telstra signal was very poor.So, download stuff for the kids in advance.

Nice park, very good situated with a quit large area of houses (to rent), good equipped with playground, park kitchen and laundry. Clean (no dogs), safe and good organised. Direct access to the beach ⭐️.Closed to the park: nice cafeteria (Ruby’s Cafe) with vue of the beach and sea . An other playgroud, a cafeteria and the Bulli Rock Pool ⭐️ in 5 min. walk. (⭐️=very good/nice)

I first set my foot in this place with family, after a long journey by car from melbourne that takes about 7 hours. Here the scenery is beautiful, the fresh air from the sea blows in, the room rent is about more than 100 Aud/night, full of everything you need, everything is so simple I love it. It's great if you are a lover of running, cycling, walking or even surfing on the waves. Then you can enjoy breakfast next to the coffee shops right by the sea. Cool !

Great caravan park. Easy walk to a lovely patrolled beach. Big grassed sites also some with slabs. For more luxury, there are ensuite sites available. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Clean and regularly serviced amenities.

We love BB TP due to the fabulous location , access to the ocean , great facilities in the adjacent towns and villages. Also amenities are spot less.Happy days from us and we will be back.Greg and Cathy Moore

Do not stay in the cabins. We were welcomed by 15 bugs at the arrival. During the night the big boys (cockroaches etc) came out. my girlfriend was not able to sleep the whole night. The cabin wasnt clean either. There were hairs and dust. Spend your money elsewhere and not on the cabins.

This place is okey, good for caravans but not for tents. The soil is hard with stones. They made us pay for two sites when we needed just one but a single site is more expensive than having double (so that makes no sense).One of my friends left his licence on the counter in the reception but we got an email 1 and a half after checkout the next day. Pretty late when we’re driving around the coast and far. The beach is next by with a nice view and with a good kitchen and toilets.

Relatively no frills caravan park run by the local council. Best attribute is location, right on Bulli beach. Kids loved it.Some sites are small and tight to get into. Others appear ridiculously oversize. Not sure why. We stayed on site 40 with a concrete pad. The sites with pads are crammed together and I'd recommend a grass site.We stayed over New Year and it's clear families have been coming here for generations. There are probably pluses and minuses to that, but overall there was a good vibe.Recommend using the facilities up the top of the hill. Clean and modern and well maintained.Overall well recommended, 1 star deducted for the very tight sites in places.We paid 93.50 a night for 7 nights at peak season, 2 adults and 2 kids, power and water on a concrete pad site.

Stayed here as a family of 5 in a 2 bedroom cabin. The large verandah was ocean facing. The cabin itself was larger than I was expecting and it was very clean. We will be booking this cabin again.
