On Wednesday 24 November my partner and l made a verbal agreement to purchase 33 Johnson Street Alberton, which the vendor accepted. There was no section 32, hence the verbal agreement. We asked to leave a holding deposit but again could not, as there was no section 32. We came down from Melbourne on Friday 26 November, only to be told, it wasn't ours any longer. I rang Ian Seed to confirm only to be told it had already sold and when l told him who l was he backtracked and said there are now 2 parties and it would go to the highest bidder. Now Ian Seed is trying to cover his tracks by sending a contract of one bid but we are not playing his cover arse tactics. Don't deal with these unscrupulous people who backtrack on their commitments and have no conscious. Disgusting work ethics, not to be trusted.And tell me Ian, how can there be multiple parties interested in a property that has never been advertised? We were the first ones to look at it, or did you forget that!

Not professional at all! My family had organised to come view a property today, as we were leaving we calles Ian seed and Ian seed told us it sold last night, we were the first people to enquire about it and we were most likely going to buy it, and didn't even call us to let us know. This real estate agent and his colleagues are known throughout yarram and surrounds to be sneaky nasty and untruthful when selling properties. Please if you are thinking about using them don't! They sold our dream property right from under us.

Specifically had the worst experiences with Ian Seed. These included poor communication, a sale falling through resulting in more than $10000 loss of my my finances! Dishonest behaviour and working against myself the vendor paying his commission, lying to both the buyer myself and solicitors! I have been warned about him by others in the area who have experienced the same kind of treatment and I would advise against anyone looking to buy or sell through him!

Good people to deal with, people of integrity, who will go the extra mile for you. All the inspections were pre-arranged for convenience, and they were always punctual. They found a buyer in 7 weeks and assisted with the process right up to settlement. Thank you, Ian and Chloe!

Ian has recently sold our home in record timing. Our property was listed advertised and sold. There was no stress and everything was just taken care of. It was one of the most easiest experiences. We have had a poor experience when we were purchasing our home though another realestate over a year ago now. It was nice to see Honesty and integrity coming from the team. Thank you everyone. Unprofessional the owner would turn up unannounced to our back door on a Sunday night asked three times for fees to sell our house never received. Went with another realestate agent and was warned by others that he would abuse us because of this.Came to our house, verbally abused us on our property in front of our 3 year old who was upset by this we do not recommend.

We purchased our property through Ian Seed at Tarra Real Estate.Ian was very friendly and helpful always took the time to get back to us about any questions we had about the property.Even after we moved in he was our go to for where to find maintenance people or anything we wanted to know about the area.We would definitely recommend Ian to anyone thinking of selling their property.

Would give it a zero if it were possible, you would be putting potential buyers off your house if you sold through this agent, Ian Seed lied and cheated the entire process and had a temper tantrum, yelled and screamed at me in his office. AVOID THEM
