McCullough’s was my insurance company’s preferred provider and I couldn’t have been more happy. From what was an upsetting experience in the form of a car accident, they made the process simple and seamless with their professional, friendly and helpful manner.

My heart felt thanks goes out to Suzanne and Lance of McCULLOCHS Body Works, Yandina, Qld for assisting me in accurately assessing the damage that had been caused to my Toyota Prado after a concrete pumping truck exploded and covered the passenger side of my car with wet blue metal concrete.McCULLOCHS accurately determined exactly what damage had been caused to my car and what parts were required. Interestingly two other smash repairer firms who also assessed my vehicle missed a number of items that McCULLOCHS noted.Although my insurer ended up declaring my Prado as a ‘Total Loss’ I was hopeful that McCULLOCHS would have been authorised to carry out the repairs. Repairs that I honestly believe would have been carried out second to none.McCULLOCHS are a great business, wonderful staff and clearly seek perfection in all their body repairs. I will have no hesitation in engaging McCULLOCHS for body repairs in the future.

I have used McCulloughs on several occasions for car panel repairs and painting, for both private and insurance work. They are outstanding. Honest, high quality and on time. Great with both classic and modern cars. Suzanne their Admin person did all the dealing with the insurers and any subcontracted aspects such as windscreen fitting. It saved me stress and time. Finally great value for money and a perfect job each time.

I picked up my old work Ute yesterday and was amazed. It looked just like I bought it 10 years ago from the dealer. If I could give these guys a six star rating I would. I could see in the finished product first hand the attention to detail showed. I have no hesitation in recommending the team at McCulloch’s to anyone needing panel and paintwork. Great service and awesome attention to detail - Not only do we use them as business but also many of our All coast team have used McCulloch's personally. Their work is always second to none.

We recently had the need for a smash repair on our BMW and the local BMW dealer recommended McCullock's. Through the whole process we were kept in the loop and they were able to help through the stress of dealing with our insurance company being always polite and able to compromise with any request we made.
