I have to say. Absolutely outstanding service. I've had BWG doors installed 7 years ago, recently they had become a bit 'sticky', sent an email asking if they service their doors (Monday), I didn't get a response but when I turned up at the house (Friday) the doors we running like they were new. I hadn't even spoken to anyone.The job was just done. Like a magic genie. Loved it! Thanks you.

Wow... needed a single piece of louvre glass replaced, it's been measured up, cut, and installed within an hour and a half. Brad was lovely to deal with, thank you so much. Will definitely be using these guys again in the future.

Called in 8.30am to get a small piece of glass for a louver window.I thought it could be cut while I waited. I was told $25 and no chance of getting it today

This van just tried to ram us on the M1 today flew.across three lanes into our car missed us by millimetres then tailgaterd everyone else up the freeway.... I see other people have commented.on their driving in past .... idiots

The way these people drive around in their branded cars on ocean beach road is totally deplorable, and an embarrassment for the poor business owner! My heart just breaks for themI was cut off this week by a VERY RUDE man with glasses and dark hair, who stuck his finger up at me when I honked when he was in the wrong cutting me off pulling onto Ocean Beach Rd.tsk tsk tsk

Brisbane Water Glass were amazing. We had lots of problems replacing a lock on a window. We took the window to their showroom and someone helped us immediately.It is so refreshing when you find a business with good old fashioned skills and service.We highly recommend them.

Brisbane Water Glass sent their installer for quotes Craig Hopping - who told me he did complete bathroom renovations - Craig Hopping Carpentry is NOT licenced to do bathroom renovations - NCAT have awarded us a money order to the value of 44K yes, you read that right!!! BWG shame on you for employing someone so dodgy!! no denial here guys, you even fitted the damn showers!!!Update: Well Craig lost his licence it has been suspended (please refer to Fair Trading website for details)He was made Bankrupt in April 2018 - a Trustee has been appointed and his home has a Caveat on it : moral.of the story, don't lie to customers about skills you do not possess.

Poor quality of 6mm glass - 3 out of 4 pieces chipped immediately while cleaning and as I brought them back to discuss the issue, left it there and two days later two more chips appeared. NO help nor refund, just offered to take more money to fix now all 4 chipped pieces. Investigating the issue with some other glass companies in the city, everyone offered me a price 3 times less! It’s worth calling around.
