From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and elegant, with intricate patterns and colorful textiles adding a touch of authenticity to the space. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I felt instantly at home.But of course, the real star of the show was the food. The menu was expansive and offered a wide range of dishes, from classic favorites like butter chicken and lamb vindaloo Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor, with just the right balance of heat and spice.I was particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients used in the dishes. The vegetables were fresh and vibrant, and the meats were tender and flavorful. The sauces and gravies were rich and complex, with layers of spices and aromatics that blended together perfectly.The service was impeccable throughout the meal, with our server providing attentive and knowledgeable guidance as we navigated the menu. She was happy to make recommendations based on our preferences and made sure that every aspect of our dining experience was top-notch.Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Was fantastic choice of menu. Food is exciting and so different. Also very fresh and plentiful. There was 7 of us. Really loved it in every way. Service friendly and efficient . Especially Lavisha who spoilt us!!

The experience was phenomenal. An unmatchable atmosphere paired with a modern, yet distinctively Indian design develops an euphoric moment for all to enjoy.And the food, it’s the best I’ve ever eaten. So delicious I’m lost for words. A must visit sankalp restaurant if in sunny coast.

No-nonsense, honest, delicious Indian food ; comes in generous portions, with friendly service in a clean environment. The decor could be a little more intimate (rather sterile, lacking warmth), but absolutely the best selection and quality Indian food on the Sunny Coast !

Authentic Indian restaurant in Sunshine-coast. Definitely not compromising on Indian taste & authenticity compare to other restaurants. Been there 3-4 times by now, we really enjoyed the food and felt like being in India. Staffs are nice too.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful when asked for help choosing dishes. The food was delicious and nicely presented. The manager checked in with us to ask if everything was OK. We will def go back again when we are in Maroochydore and recommend to friends and family.

I really recommend this place to eat authentic Indian food! I am not so family with this kind of cuisine but in relation to other it stands out! Plenty of dishes to choose from and very tasty! The staff is super friendly. I went with my partner and we had a very nice night! We tried different food and enjoy everything. A bit expensive could be but you can take away for the next day for sure! And remember to bring a container cause the will charge you a dollar. Overall our experience was great! We will come back or order take away for sure!

Sankalp Indian Restaurant Sunshine Coast
The food was absolutely delicious, extremely authentic. The restaurant was very clean and crisp with some spectacular framed pictures around the walls and Indian music playing. The staff were lovely and also authentic. The food all came out piping hot and full of flavour. It’s been a long time since I’ve had Indian food this good. We will be back for sure. :)
