Thank you to the amazing staff at the IELTS Centre in Kensington. One of the few companies making things work through this pandemic. I value the effort all the team puts to let us be able to sit the exams and move with our visa/ studies processes. A professional and kind team. If you sit an exam, have a chat to the staff. They are often there on weekends, just making sure things go as they are meant to. I am sure they will appreciate the conversation. I received my marks in less than 3 days!!

Very unprofessional, a waste of money. They didn't even let me take the exam and they didn't accept any documents in my possession, passport included.Ridiculous! I don't recommend this venue to anyone. They don't even want to refund me. I had to re-book another exam very far from my home..27 km.. and I had to spend 750$ in total! Very good job! Well done! Tried to solve this problem trough their call center but is even impossible understand the pronunciation of the people to the other side of the phone (I spoke with two of them and the one was very rude to me)Thank you very much
