I ordered for home delivery for 2 consecutive weeks for 3 cakes for my kid's birthday parties. The kids and adults love the mouth-watering Red Velvet Deluxe Cake and White Chocolate & Strawberry Cake. We ordered White Chocolate & Strawberry Cake twice because my kids love it. The cakes arrived in perfect condition. The cakes are moist, fresh and absolutely delicious. We also ordered DozMacarons. These are not ordinary Macarons, they are full of flavors. I asked for the ingredients of the cakes for allergy purposes and the team responded right away. I'm ordering our 4th cake this week for my birthday, we want to try the White Chocolate & Caramel this time. Thank you Poles Patisserie! My family can't wait to visit your shop one time.

You guys have amazing customer service and beautiful cakes ✨I had a missing component on my cake which was forgotten, I called to let them know and they were apologetic and asked me to come back so they could fix it. I was unable to return to the store so I was given a voucher.Throughout the entire ordeal, they were very professional (I dealt with Chanel and Ricky) and made it a hassle free process.I am very happy with their great customer service and have recommended them to many who complimented the cake at my event.It's no surprise you have high reviews, thank you guys!

I ordered 2 cakes for my wedding and both were fantastic! I ordered a smaller one to cut and serve to my family and a bigger slab for everyone else. Both were delicious and fresh and delivered on time to my venue. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

We ordered this cake for my sons 1st birthday cake smash at home and it was perfect! It was nice and soft for him to actually smash. It wasn't full of filling so I wasn't scared of him having too much sugar and it made for some really beautiful photos@

I ordered two cakes one caramel one cookies and cream.both cakes lovely sponge not dry or crumbly.icing was very rich but nice in smaller pieces.Both cakes were eaten on my sons birthday with all friends leaving happy.thank you for a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend poles patisserie.

Got catering from Poles for a work morning tea. Absolutely delicious, will definitely be ordering sweet treats from here again! Once colleague commented the vanilla slice was the best she's ever had. My favourite was the cannoli!

Another stunning cake from Poles.They have never failed to impress and I buy a cake every year now. Decorations are fantastic and the cake is always perfect, delicious and moist. I usually upsize the cake then slice and freeze the extra for later ;)Absolutely recommend.

Easy to order and pick up. Lovely cake and the one we ordered was a semi naked cake which was great for kids who don't like a lot of icing. Beautifully decorated. Very moist. Will order again. Thank you.
