Picked up a REL T9X from Goran and the team. Extremely pleased with the service.When I walked in I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, Goran was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me. I was able to sit and hear the system for as long as I wanted to make sure it was right for me without any pressure or pushing.You can tell the Sydney Hi-Fi team love their job and I think I know why, this has to be the most impressive hi-fi shop I've ever walked into. A real awesome experience!!Highly recommended!

I have purchased three turntables from Goran and his team in the past few years for each of my three young adult children who to my delight have discovered the joys of vinyl. Whilst my purchases have been relatively straight forward, I found Goran to be extremely helpful and courteous in my dealings with him. I have no hesitation in recommending him (and have done so) to anyone looking to either start, update or improve their audio requirements.

Nothing but a fantastic and wonderful experience happened when I walked through the door at Sydney Hi-Fi on Thursday morning. I was greeted by Goran and Carlo, mentioned I was looking for a turntable and an amp and goran and carlo spent the time to show me and my dad what equipment was available.They let me use my own record I brought with so I could hear how the music I listen to sounds on the amps and turntables, and also a pair of headphones I liked. and then I started my journey into the wonderful and beautiful world of music on vinyl. I listened to vinyls when I was a kid but the sound is nothing like it is today. And it is such a different and wonderful experience listening to music like this.I can not stress enough how helpful goran and Carlo were to me and my dad .I have nothing but the upmost respect for them. As they were so helpful and treated us the same way that I would treat someone if I was in the same situation.I will be definitely shopping there again for anything I need.Thank you once again.

A bit late on my review (they did the job more than 3 months ago).Where do I start? I approached Sydney HiFi mostly by accident as I was looking for some guidance on building a media room. Goran was fantastic and worked with me through the design, selecting the components and providing recommendations on the installation. They helped me to do the cabling as part of the bigger renovations we were doing and provided the equipment once all cabling was in place and the room ready.We had issues with some equipment even as it was absolutely brand new and quality brands (most probably just unlucky). They help with testing to isolate the faults and provided replacement equipment until we stabilized and everything was working flawlessly.I would 100% go back to them for any upgrades or changes and recommend them to anyone looking for a job done right.

I’ve made a few important purchases for my hifi/home theatre room from Goran / Dennis and crew over the last few years including my main speakers and my first turntable purchase in over 20 years. The environment they’ve created there is very friendly, the team are very hospitable and knowledgeable. I’ve recently experienced after sales service and have been nothing but impressed. Highly recommended!

Extremely happy with our new media room. The team at Sydney HiFi Castle Hill tailored a great home cinema set up to our room size and budget that looks and sounds amazing. The install guys where very knowledgeable and went about their work in a highly professional manner.High recommended.
