Attended Chris' women's self defence class and he was a fantastic coach, sharing a wealth of knowledge with us. Our son who attends his classes absolutely loves going each week and it is the best decision we made. Chris' dedication, passion for his craft and enthusiasm is amazing. Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful coach in Chris! He's so amazing with all of us. Great classes & interactions. The classes teach us focus, discipline, agility, confidence, self-defense and persistence. Can not recommend highly enough to all parents and their kids.

I attended Chris' women's self defence class and he was so knowledgable, caring and helpful. I have 4 members of my family attending regular Martial Arts classes and they all love Chris' dedication to teaching and passion!Highly recommend if you are wanting to get fit, meet other people and get more out of life!
