bought a chair online that at the time said was available and ready to ship, was really looking forward to it. 2 weeks past and still nothing, so emailed to get an update, then to be told the order was missed at the warehouse but will be packed immediately. A few days later, another email to say it will be refunded. 3 weeks after ordering to be told it is not coming. I have missed out on other deals in the meantime because I committed and paid for this. Very disappointed. Even the refund took 5 days to come through. Tried to call their phone number but no one ever answered. Probably not even an Australian business, just a website. Never again.

I ordered a K18 product on sale and was really excited to find a good discount. It was ordered on 11th March and I had not received it by 16th March. I enquired where it was and received a message on the 17th March saying “I have chased up this order with our warehouse team. They have advised that it is currently on hold as we have encountered a stock error with a few K18 items.The restock shipments have been continuously delayed in transit and we are hoping they will arrive within the next week. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee when they will be delivered at this time.” etc. It would have been nice to know this at the time of ordering, or shortly after. I decided to wait a bit instead of getting a refund then. On the 24th of March I followed up again after not hearing anything and the response was basically a summary of “still not sure”. I finally received my product on the 1st of April only to find that the product had leaked out of the bottle and run down the side into the box somehow. Not only that, but the pump didn’t work at all. After waiting so long, they didn’t even check to make sure it was up to scratch. I asked to return it for a full refund only to be told that that would only happen once I send it back and it is received by the warehouse. This is incredibly frustrating after how long I waited with no communication unless I asked myself. They sent me a returns label for my parcel and I left work early to take it to the post office only for the post office staff to tell me it wasn’t registering and there was no way to show it had even been paid for nor could provide tracking information (they showed me the screen). I emailed again to send me an updated one whilst I was at the post office so I didn’t have to make another trip (I don’t have a car) and no reply. I still have the product with no way to send it back and have now sent a complaint to PayPal to try and get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous and VERY frustrating! Never, ever again.

I had an item in my cart that I'd been looking at for a while, but I didn't have enough money to get it as a present for myself. Then this team was so kind to call me and offer a discount. I will want to order from them again with that level of service!

If I could provide 0 stars I would.Over a week of chasing up my order with customer service and being advised not to worry it is being processed and shipped from Victoria, but unable to provide any information including eta. And two days before Christmas, get a notice of refund because they are out of stock. No courtesy contact, no follow up to see if I want to wait or if I’d like an alternate product, no acceptance of responsibility at all.

SCAM! Doesn’t have product in stock and not shipping anything for ages. When asked for refund said it will be refunded in 5 days which hasn’t happened. Will dispute via PayPal.Don’t buy from this company!

Worst company to deal with, asking for extra delivery fee's. Not delivering on time, refusal to deliver. it goes on and on. Then they just cancelthe order no call or anything.

I got a piece of vintage furniture here! The delivery was fast, and the quality of the pieces was superb! I will purchase more soon!

Bought an item on 12/01 and have received no notification regarding my stuff being shipped. Called on the 21/01 to ask when my item will be shipped and was advised the retail partners have a lot of shipping to do and it is quite busy. They offered to send a fast tracker request on my item which I agreed, however even till now (01/02), nothing about my item being shipped has been sent to me and when I asked them for a shipping estimate for delivery, they said it will be another 1-2weeks for it to arrive. So you're pretty much expecting your items to be delivered in over a month after purchase.Better off looking elsewhere.

Out of stock item. No communication. Never recieved refund. How come this business still exist!?!

I highly recommend the 6 x 3m pop-up gazebo. Easy to install and fine quality. I am very happy with this product and the professional and prompt replies to my questions prior to purchase.
