Set of two rings. The band keeps splitting. Sent back 4 times to be fixed. What more can I do? It is a fault in the making of the rings and should be replaced not poorly repaired. Returned to be repaired and been in shop more then on my hand. Think twice before buying here again.

I’ve bought some very nice jewellery over the years here, the staff are always welcoming, helpful and polite and more than happy to slightly discount items if requested.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible customer experience at MH Erina Fair.I went to pick up a ring my husband brought for me and the lady ignored me for 5 minutes. I stood at the counter waiting.She didn’t even say “sorry, be right with you” or “hello, sorry won’t be a minute”When she finally came over to me, she said “Yes?”No, “hello” or anything.I said, I was there to pick up a ring. She gave me the ring and before I even tried it on, she was saying “does it fit?” Whilst she was sighing heavily like I was keeping her from something.I had a great experience a few weeks prior when I picked out the ring and now I just feel deflated and wish I had of spend my money elsewhere. Every time I look at my ring I will remember how unimportant I felt.

I feel like the staff judge you as you walked in. I didn't even get a hello. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for service while they serve anyone else but me. Ended walking off...

Friendly staff and very helpful but their warranty terms don't seem to be the best. My wife purchased a gold chain in June of 21 and it broke after about six months. They told her that it had run out of warranty so she had to pay 50 dollars to get it fixed. My wife is very careful of her jewellery and treats it very kindly so it should not have broken. In my opinion they should have fixed it under warranty.Under Australian law they should have fixed it even though they only provide a short warranty. There warranty does not override Australian law.Under Australian Consumer Law, most products and services bought in Australia (from 1 January 2011) come with automatic consumer guarantees that the product or service you purchased will work and do what you asked for.Products must be of acceptable quality, that is:safe, lasting, with no faultslook acceptabledo all the things someone would normally expect them to do.

Poor quality products. Bought my husband wedding band there 3 months ago, and after 2 days he wore it, the gold wedding band (brush finish) had scratches all over it. Took it back for refund/store credit but they didn’t give me any solution even though it’s still under warranty. Terrible service. Waste of money

I primarily deal with Jodie at the Erina store, since I first purchased my ring a few years ago she has always been friendly and helpful and always goes above and beyond when looking after me and my jewellery. I look forward to purchasing more gorgeous pieces with Jodie in future!

For this ring, I can say Love at First Sight. I bought this ring for wedding. My partner like yellow gold and I like white. And this ring is combination of both desires. Instead waiting for one month for my wedding. I decided to wear one month earlier. Bought from Erina Fair store. Very helpful and friendly staff.Helen & Nick really nice.Really loved the ring. Amazing! Brought an engagement ring here, and they went out of their way to make sure it was the one I want then as I had to special order due to the size I needed they said it would be 6-8 weeks and it arrived in less then 4 weeks, amazing, would highly recommend, Josh the store manager has exceptional customer service! Will be coming here in the future!
