This post office is poorly laid out and such a mess. There are not enough desks deb not enough staff. No one ever answers when you ring the bell at the back to collect parcels. Today I showed up to get my small sons passport photo and waited in the passport line, no one else was in the line and she told me to go and wait in the other line (which was out the door whilst hers was empty), as it was for lodgement only. This line should include getting photos also. Ridiculous.

located near the lifeline and cinema, inside Narellan town center, you can submit your HRW licence (Forklift License) they have the facility to take photographs for the licence. Great service. usually busy during weekend.

I find Narellan PO very handy, they have an express post box and a quick line for my post drop offs. They do get busy at times but the line moves quick & staff are friendly.

Went to go pick up a package with the slip that said was open until 6pm on Thursdays and they weren't open at all. Need to update times on the slips if it is not correct... I work 9:30-5 so am unable to get to the post office during those regular hours.

Narellan Post Office are amazing! The staff are very helpful and Neesha and her team are incredible. They always are happy to assist me in any enquiry I have and always go above and beyond. The quality of their service is very high and I recommend to go there for all you post office needs!

Went in to collect my package, was told I can’t collect it cause all I had was my school ID and was told my mum can go in and get with with her license, okay no worries, mum goes in the next day, was told she can not collect it as it has my name on it not hers, my package was sent back to the sender today . $40 gone :) thanks guys
