The phrase to sum up my experience with Securelux is that “they pay close attention to details from the start to finish”. The client engagement is more than just closing a sale, but they take time to explain, provide alternatives and solutions to what I want achieved at my home. They take pride in delivering quality service and products; and deliver on their promises.I approached 4 companies for quotes, Securelux are not priced the lowest but very competitive. The service delivered and installation experience are definitely worth it.

Securelux are professional, fast and super friendly. We had Jay out to do our initial measure and quote and from that experience we knew we had to get our screens through them. From quick and easy measures, to paying as you go through the process. It was all amazing and when it came to the installation, it was over before we knew it and we had all our windows and doors done. We can finally feel safe leaving the house with the dog at home with the amazing Petway doggy door we had installed through them as well.

From the start of getting first measurements and quote to have a new Crimsafe security screen door replaced right to the installation of new security screen door fitted the process was an easy one ,With full communication from start to finish with no complaints, price was totally reasonable for such a superior product,The installer Chris was extremely friendly and chatty attitude and did a professional job installing and cleaned up any mess,Thank you to all involved,Totally a recommended company to use..Thank you.Brook Wye-JonesBethania Qld

Great company and employees. Fantastic service from initial measure and quote for our Crimsafe Security Screens from Jay. Then the measure and check and final installation by Brad and Michael who did a fantastic job. Very informative, great personalities and easy to talk to. They worked fast and clean and were very professional; these two guys are very good. Tamara; Ellie, Jess, Sophie and Maddy in the office were also very informative and easy to talk to when necessary. I highly recommend using Securelux for any security requirements.

Absolutely brilliant - punctual, honest and candid - unfortunately it turned out that we didn't need the superior level of Crimsafe security that Securelux offered and could not justify the price for the simple solution we needed (stop the dog from destroying our fly screens and escaping from the house, resulting in awesome neighbours catching and bringing back said dog, popping him back inside through the window he had escaped from, and closing the window for us). So luckily we don't need Crimsafe, just dog-proof, but I totally have to give 5 stars to Securelux for turning up straight away and being perfectly down-to-earth honest with their assessment of the situation and our needs - total kudos and many thanks to you and your team!

The service provided by SecureLux was amazing- from Matt who came out to give us a quote, to the people who came out to do the measurements and to the two people who came to do the installation and also to the ladies in the office- nothing was too much trouble for any of them.My husband and I would certainly recommend this company, we are extremely happy with the CrimSafe product and the screens look amazing.

Securelux customer service was local and it was great talking to a person based locally who could answer questions promptly. The process ran smoothly from quotation to installation completion and the we are really happy with the product. We ordered non-opening window screens, a sliding screen door and two standard screen doors.

Securelux promptly quoted. They had excellent communication and great staff. The installers work for the company and cleaned up and took the old screens away. The product is excellent and made the house look much newer! Invoicing was prompt. A seamless pleasant experience, that was the absolute opposite of one I'd had with a major competitor only a few months prior.
