Unbelievably overpriced. $18 for 3 measly little ‘ribbon’ sandwiches? Insipid coffee, snooty staff, tasteless, garish surroundings. Obviously riding on the waves of 1980’s, the video playing in the background displaying all the decades of achievements was in really bad taste. The whole place reeks of 1980’s overindulgence, shoulder pads, sequins and Joan Collins fashion. If you aspire to be seen with Sanctuary Cove types and pay a small fortune for extremely average morning tea, then head right in and enjoy the pink parasols and gold lamé…

A walk back in time that you will love. Take a walk through the clothes and trinkets and reminisce of a bygone era. Finish it off with the most beautiful high tea that will have you coming back again and again.

I arrived at the store 30 mins after the listed opening hours and yet I was told, very rudely and abruptly, “No! We’re not open!!” as one of the female staff members looked at her watch and shook her head aggressively at me. I won’t be returning - ever. So incredibly rude.

Great experience with good customer service it’s funny when I ordered something they give me a flower lol. That’s so sweet of them I would like to come back another time. Also they are really sweet.

Had lunch and a browse in the Emporium yesterday. Perfect location in the Queen St Mall opposite Zara. Stunning clothes and homewares selections. But the highlight was our lunch. Wonderful service and exquisite meals, desserts and coffee. Awesome chef. Do yourself a favour and drop in for lunch. Highly recommend.

One bill per table is just antiquated and inconvenient.Today we had to stand up and wave a couple of times to get attention of waitress. While still eating our Christmas ribbon sandwiches at $22.50 each we were asked if we were ready to pay the bill. Later a bill was placed on our table with haste. We then asked to order another coffee, tea and a water. Our dirty plates and cups were left on the table when the coffee and tea arrived but the water was never received.

We visited the Keri Craig Emporium to celebrate my birthday with High Tea. What a fabulous experience! The food was delicious, we loved the ribbon sandwiches and the scones were divine! James took excellent care of us, with his natural flair and beautiful manners. He is an absolute asset to Keri Craig. James made me the best Lemon lime and bitters I have ever had. A great experience and we will definitely be back. Thanks James!

Atrocious service! We were the only customers in the store and after receiving a very cold welcome, we were followed and then asked to leave the store, even though we were casually browsing the clothes they had on sale. As someone who works in retail, customers should NEVER be forced to leave the store when a) it was no where near closing nor was it even remotely busy, b) we had done nothing wrong, caused no disruption nor posed as a security threat and c) be treated a staff member who has no interest in having a single customer in their store at any given point. This may just be the result of a single disgruntled staff member, but it was enough to remind my family and I to never come back to this poor excuse for a store ever again...

We decided to have lunch and picked this cafe to go to. What a big mistake!! The male waiter proceeded to tell us that he would clean a table but would take 10 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes we asked him again and he said it would be 5 minutes. Again we waited. We then approached a lovely lady at the counter and asked if we can get some service. As soon as the male waiter realised that we went to someone else he totally ignored us and went about helping everyone else!! He would have to be one of the most arrogant waiters I’ve encountered in a long time.We ordered the food and whilst it was ok they ran out of scones. The food is very expensive and after what we encountered we will never return to eat there as there has to be better friendly service in Brisbane cbd.They really need to retrain staff to treat customers with respect.

Haven't been back at Kerri Craig Emporium for a few years and my partner and I decided to drop in for an afternoon tea.The place still looks wonderful, beautiful clothes and wares, glad we came in for a visit.This place is really unsurpassed for the class and opulence so missing elsewhere in Brisbane.Afternoon tea was lovely and we'll be back again soonHighly recommended.
