Terrible customer service. I went to buy a shaver on 25/4/22 and the man inside the store was closed at 12:50 on a Monday. I called customer support and no answer! I called today 26/4/22 the store and spoke to a man who told me that head office was close yesterday and the shop didn’t open till 1 witch is not what the website says. Terrible service idk how they survive without opening the doors to customers.

Went in looking for a shaver, spoke to a lady about a self oiling shaver, explaining my last Remington lasted 8 years without oiling. She hadn’t heard of this self oiling technology and tried to convince me it’s a fad, dismissing what I told her, then selling me a shaver that could barely cut hair and if it did it was uneven - a cheaply made piece of junk that didn’t work until it was fully charged (meaning if you run out of battery half way through shaving you have to wait 2 hours before using it again).I bought it having trust in the supposed experience of people who deal with nothing but shavers. It turns out they just sell what they get pushed to sell, rather than what you need, and will lie to convince you buy it. I tried to take it back after losing the receipt and was refused, and was told the shaver only cuts beard and not hair, when I initially explained I needed something for both, and was told this shaver could do both.I asked why the lady lied about the shaver working on both head and beard and both employees refused to provide an explanation. I explained that the use of deception to obtain financial advantage is the definition of fraud, and questioned whether this was their standard method of operation- to lie to customers in order to sell deficient or incorrect products.The little pretty boy working there who probably had to fight his girlfriend over the mirror in order to spend an hour perfecting his beautiful hair threatened to call security, insinuating I was being threatening when I wasn’t. When I spoke to the national sales manager I was accused of trying to defraud the store by returning one of their products without a receipt.I cannot stress how much you should avoid this store, and if you need a shaver then Woolworths sells a self oiling Remington that I had to buy after returning the other shaver without getting my money back.Staff at this store are conniving and guileful to say the least, and management seem to encourage and condone their fraudulent conduct. Lying to customers was not a concern in any way to the national sales manager. Obviously the store isn’t going so well so they turn to deceptive tactics in order to sell you overpriced garbage.

Bought some hair clippers. Absolutely fantastic service. Took heaps of time to take me through the options.Couldn’t be happier with the clippers or service received. Super highly recommend.

Could you please teach your staff some manners. I cannot go in detail but I was yelled and told not to touch your product. I get it, but atleast be nice. The gril working on 18/05/2020, seriously needs help with her temper.

I had the absolute displeasure of arguably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced when I entered the Narellan Shaver Shop store today.Apparently the person I interacted with was the Store Manager. This person’s customer service skills were non existent.Having been personally involved in and promoting quality customer service for over 30 years, I believe providing a good experience for the customer is paramount.Unfortunately my experience with this store and store manager met none of my expectations.Please take note Shaver shop.
