Best kebabs on the Sunshine Coast. Great service and staff

I ordered just a tempura fish.I was expecting to be moist and freshly cooked but it turned out it tasted like it has been sitting on the hot box for hours.My fish was dry outside, watery inside and kind of gooey texture due to being a frozen fish that hasn’t been thawed and deep fried strength away.I wasn’t enjoyable at all, it was bland, tasteless, yuck.Also there was more tempura batter than the piece of fish itself.~ I had a kebab by the past, they’re nothing different from every same kebab haven regarding the taste, meat quantity which is very average and always has a lettuce cooked inside the sandwich press which is a disgrace.If people live the kebab and the fish, they must never have a real one.~ edit for the owner: have a good look at all my review and you’ll see how many positive reviews are. I am sorry if you fell into the wrong category of review but it is what is when business don’t care about their customers...looking at your reply tells me clearly how bad you are and yes I won’t buy anything else anymore. First time I bought 1 disgusting kebab so I never ordered one again and I just went back because I wanted to eat fish. Now I know I shouldn’t anyway when watching you working without facemask and gloves.I have posted more great positiveReview than negative and this is because those places served great food and also repêchés their customer...

Hands down best kebabs I've had. Finally a kebab shop that can spread out the toppings so you don't have one side all meat and one side all lettuce. Best bit they actually still toast the kebabs unlike some other cheap and nasty places. I always stop in here when I'm in Caloundra because there are no other Kebab shops as good! Recommend the mixed meat!

This establishment and the absolute unprofessionalism shown towards a customer yesterday was unexpected and appalling it was honestly horrid and I don't know how they are still operating, I witnessed a woman get verbally and physically abused in front of her children over the woman not wanting the sauce placed on the kabab, the fact that the staff, manager and “owner” all took part in this act is not acceptable, the woman was called a “slut” and told to “fuck off” by the store manager and owner, in front of children, the fact they had no right but still continued to do it shows the low maturity of the staff there, personally will never be returning to this establishment, I have provided a statement to the police as this will not go un dealt with.

Outstanding friendly costumer service, chicken and mixed kebab and were so good. I will definitely be back to try the delicious looking snack box/loaded fries :))

Now I think that understanding as you say are worlds and cultures and different, I am very sorry for the misunderstanding, and I admire what you say about your parents, I deeply miss mine, my respects and admiration for them who achieved it, they have done an excellent job , sorry and from the bottom of my heart all my respect and admiration for your parents, if there is something I can do just tell me, I am very sorry.

Staff not very happy usual story of the current young generation been nice to a customer and providing friendly customer service is like pulling teeth. Got a kebab plate, cold chicken and garlic sauce/ yoghurt that smelled like old milk.

A fantastic shop. Great service, the staff were rushed off their feet with discerning eaters but still took the time to get my fussy order right.After I'd eaten I could understand why the lines were so long.
