Went last night they gave us cold chips order wrong no change in till manager that looked like he did not want to be there at all. He is rude to staff in front of customers .

Waited 18 minutes in drive-thru for 2 frozen drinks. When we got to the window the girl gave us the food for the car behind us and had no record of our order. Then she questioned us on whether we actually placed an order.

Absolutely dreadful drive through broke down, zero communication. Would take your order then leave you hanging!. Sat in the queue for a minimum of at least 7 to 10 minutes. In the end I rang only to find out that the drive through was being closed and the man was abrupt and surly. No apology and he hung up on my phone call. And I was watching the customer in front of me and his complaint also fell on deaf ears and the man serving sad tough not my problem. Rude. Poor service poor communication sour faced staff. Last time I am going to this KFC. You have a captured audience KFC and yet you managed to stuff it up

Unfortunately the toilets were horribly dirty, seemingly not cleaned in weeks. Meal came out 3 pieces short, cold and stale.

Chicken was so extremely salty that it was like someone had accidentally dropped the salt into the coating, it was inedible. The chicken itself was tough and stringy. Their twisters are sloppy with too much sauce, or not enough. I used to love Kentucky Fried but not any more. They've lost customers today. I find that they have a big turnover of very young staff who don't really know what they're doing. I'm done.

I am sorry to say, but this is The Dirtiest place l have dined in. Staff member shirt dirty, the Toilet area inside is the most filthiest l have ever seen. Built up in grime on the floor, walls dirty.When l reported to Manager, she said Nothing, but just looked blank. I tried to use constructive criticism, because places like KFC McDonald's l believe have higher standards, than Public Toilets!! Will be calling Health dept !
