Think Timber flooring are absolutely amazing! The service i received was absolutely amazing , Cameron went above and beyond my expectations. The quality of the work astounds me. I contacted multiple other companies in the area to arrange for my flooring to be done however none of them could compare to this company.Think Timber Flooring if i could give you 10 stars i would!!

I recently hired Think Timber Flooring to sand and polish existing Tasmanian Oak flooring and install new Tasmanian Oak flooring to the bedrooms in my home.I cannot thank Cam & Tenielle enough for their amazing work and outstanding professionalism in meeting our deadline and giving us a stunning new floor!!

Absolutely lovely and professional to work with, Even though we couldn't use them due to other factors of our renos, we cannot thank them enough for their advise, efficiency and help during our planning stages. Couldn't recommend them enough!!

Had a very poor experience with this business 2.5 years ago when they did a major job on our business that was about to open. We paid them a lot of money for a big job patching, sanding and coating raw jarrah floorboards.Although work overall seemed good, the stain they used left the patched areas bright orange against deep dark brown floorboards. They assured us this was easy to fix and they'd be back shortly to alter the colour so it matched. We paid them in full on the day as we always do with tradies, trusting they'd be back (lesson learned).Two months later, despite multiple promises that they would be in the area soon and return, they still hadn't done the work. I ended up sending a polite but firm email letting them know that it had been long enough and we needed them to return and finish the work.I received the most rude and unprofessional email I have ever received back from Teniele, refusing to finish the job.We were so taken aback by just how scathing and rude this email was that we decided not to pursue them any further - we didn't want them back in our space as the email was so aggressive we genuinely didn't trust that they wouldn't sabotage the floors in some way if they came back. So we cut our losses and just didn't reply, thinking at least the floors are *mostly* well done even if the orange patches aren't ideal.Now, 2.5 years later, much of the repair work/patching that they did has completely crumbled and come away (this crumbling started about 6 months ago and has just gotten worse and worse). So the work they did wasn't actually great anyway and we now have to try and find someone who will take a small job patching up the floorboards.One of the worst tradie experiences we've ever had. We have used a lot of local tradies for renovations at our business and home here in the Hills and always had wonderful experiences and formed great relationships. I would never recommend this business after what we experienced.I notice they have turned reviews off on their business facebook page, so I assume we aren't the only ones who have had a poor experience.

Tenielle and Cameron just completed the installation of hybrid timber flooring for our new home. They did a good job. They also reduced the final invoice from the quoted price as the actual scope of work was slightly less that the quote. We appreciated that honesty. Professional, clean, honest. We would use them again.

Would never use these guys again what was quoted to the job that was done were 2 completedly different things, stay away!!!!!

Awful that you received such hateful comments. I've seen the work you have done Cameron, (am about to move into a new property with all flooring being done by think timber) and its fantastic! Don't let competition bring you down, let your work speak for itself!

Highly Recommended! Cameron has done work for one of our clients and I can’t speak highly of him. Work was done efficiently and professionally.Benjamin - I cant seem to reply to your below comment so I have just edited my post. We manage many properties and we have had one client use Think Timber Flooring, if you wish to believe otherwise that is at your own discretion.

I have seen Cameron's work and he is amazing. A perfectionist! I will use his setvices in the future.
