Quite simply I have never dealt with a more incompetent company with such awful customer service. HTC sent my phone to them for repair. If you are in this situation of needing phone repair I would urge you to go through anyone else but QSL. When I eventually got my phone back fixed" the exact same issue happened immediately. They didn't fix anything. Such a waste of time and money"

I'd like to give QSL five stars but they stuffed up when they were examining my phone for repairs (cracked screen). Initially I get a quote for $150 to fix the screen, so I pay it, but then I'm told that was a mistake, that they can't fix the screen, and they offer me a replacement phone for $450 or a full refund.I contacted Fair Trading to check if this was all right, and I was told that they were fulfilling their legal obligations by offering a different service or a full refund, so okay - they were doing the right thing.Still, it's a shock for the bill to triple in price. I can't go anywhere else because the only repair service Nokia lists is QSL and the ordinary phone shops I know wouldn't touch a Nokia (not that that's QSL's fault). So I either pay for a replacement at the price QSL decides or I get nothing.After I paid the $450 the phone came the next day. It's got a dead few pixels in the corner, but at this stage I'm just glad to have a working phone again.

If only there was a 0 star rating.My Nokia 8.1 had it's vibration motor stop working around 6 weeks ago, and I've had ongoing issues with the screen and deadspots. Unfortunately the JB HiFi rep entered vibration mode not working" however I was shocked at the state of the phone that was returned to me.Within a week and a half the phone was awaiting pickup and I was made to believe the phone was fixed. But lo and behold I turned the phone on and checked the vibration motor and it was still not working. The repair notes said "check vibration in settings" as if I hadn't done that multiple times before sending the phone to be repaired. They even factory reset my phone and didn't even check it themselves. Why was a factory reset necessary if it wasn't fixed? This could have been fixed without a reset.As I was checking if the phone was working I noticed lots of surface scratches on the front of the phone

I arranged to send back my completely dead phone, which is under warranty. It all went well initially. I filled out the online forms and QSL sent through the forms for the packaging etc. I packed the phone up as agreed but then the courier did not turn up, after after I waited around all day.I sent multiple emails to QSL asking what Plan B" might look like but there was no response to any of them. Tried to call but no luck there. I think that I will just post it myself and hope for the best.Just not good enough. At all."

Sent my Motorola to get repairs here (the only authorised Motorola repair center in the country) had to send it back 3 times and each time they introduced a new problem caused by the 'repair'. After 6 weeks without a phone they still telling me I need to send it back again. Rude customer service. Poor quality workmanship. Avoid at all costs.

I sent in my JBL sound bar for repair last week and am surprised that I’ve had it fixed and returned so quickly. The JBL team were very professional with their turnaround time and with confirmation of the completion of my repair. Thanks!

Nokia phone repair under warranty. Toll courier never showed and Toll claim they received no booking. QSL non responsive. Will never have another Nokia ever.

liars, said my brand new Nokia phone was scratched the screen sides back scratched dirty! JB HIFI said no way, it has not one mark on it, you have a screen saver on it, not one mark and that's amazing they should say such a thing. You said no way of fixing phone, then did something to make it work (for how long?) and sent it back to JB. Yet another company that is cr#p and are liars.

Sent in my in warranty phone that was just having ghost touch issues. They then tried to charge me more than the phone originally cost for an 'out of warranty repair'. Had to contact them multiple times to get the repair done under warranty... then it arrived with a screen that distorted with the lightest touch and had areas that didn't register touch.Ended up having to return the phone to the place of purchase. They also keep sending me emails begging for me to review their service. I ignored the first 2 but now I hope they enjoy the review they bugged me so much to write.

Sent my Nokia 9 pureview in for warranty repair (rapidly draining battery) and all they did was do a factory reset and system update. Battery is still draining rapidly *and* my phone came back with a missing/damaged SIM card tray, meaning I have to send it back again for them to fix that stuff-up as well.UPDATE: They are now trying to charge me over $1100 for a replacement phone after I sent it back for them to repair the damage they caused.
