Joti is truly one of a kind. There is very few people in my life who have been transformational and he is one of them. His wealth of knowledge and wisdom is boundless but instead of telling you what to do, he guides you allowing yourself to connect with your own internal wisdom and healing abilities. A beautiful soul who is an absolute joy to be in the presence of.

Joti's classes are as challenging as they are rewarding. Get ready to sweat and have your butt kicked.Having practiced under various teachers over the past two years, Joti definitely has a gift for coming up with creative unorthodox transitions between poses. He is also a clear communicator. I can almost follow his instructions with my eyes closed. Nothing worse than having to look up every 10 seconds to see what pose you're in.

Joti is an amazing teacher with incredible energy. His teaching style has immensely improved my well being and practice. His classes can be strong and powerful, yet demonstrated with a knowledge of safe alignment cues and a difference in each individuals physical body. His self awareness teaching is simple, yet powerful and often funny. I always leave his class feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and happy.

Joti has been my regular yoga teacher for he past 2 years. I attend his class several times a week. With his guidance I have gained strength and confidence in my practice. Joti always explains the benefit of poses and asanas with ties back to his medical background. He takes time to involve everyone in class, helping them individually to gain confidence and understanding.

It is with much thanks that I write this review on behalf of Joti Gore. Joti is such a kind, gentle, generous soul. I have know Joti know for nearly a year as my yoga teacher. When I have completed my class with Joti I feel that I am a better person, a more balanced person, more content and happy :) I was fortunate enough to have recently completed my Reiki 1 & 2 workshop with Joti. In all honesty, I was not really sure what would be involved. What I did not know was that Reiki would change my life.
