Dont rent from them, don't place your property with them. They fail on so many levels to meet basic requirements, ie, no signed entry condition reports, no signed keys registers. Thats just some of the basics they lack to carryout. I have many more examples. Bigs thumbs down for Ellison properties and Ruth as the Property Manager.
