Bacchus Marsh Village UFS Pharmacy

For a centrally located pharmacy they seem to always be understaffed. Whether there are people ahead of me or not it's a 10-15 minute wait to fill a prescription, the front counter with the photo booth is rarely staffed, staff pushing the membership signup on people when the queue is already lengthy (and it's only one staff serving) is inappropriate and no, it won't be only two seconds". A positive is that the staff are always friendly

Just got served by absolutely the most unprofessional pharmacist I've ever come across.He refused to offer my poor wife any recommendations for a cream to put on her grazed face because he was too busy.I am outraged and will be advising anyone I know to never shop here again.

Incredibly rude. Phone to find out if they have RAT test was told didn't you hear an IVR that says we are out of stock. I politely replied that there was no such message on the IVR(which there wasn't) before I could ask any other questions the staff member who had a rude tone throughout the call just said bye (angrily) and hung up on me. She didn't check to see if I had other enquiries (such as wanting to buy other items). She was rude throughout the whole interaction. Shame on you UFS this is shocking service and you will not get my business again. If a staff member in any corporate environment spoke to members of public like this they would be fired. Read feedback from others on here and you will see that mine is not an isolated experience. Do yourselves a favour drive the extra 5 minutes to the pharmacy in Darley who has much better reviews - I will from now on.UFS is fortunate that Google forces a 1 star rating as this experience was zero stars from me.

Would have to be the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. 3 hour wait for scripts. Then can not get them corrected.

Charge too much for scripts. When I told them the woman serving me started running down Chemist Warehouse. I never get my scripts at UFS. Staff can be rude at times too. Rarely if ever do I shop there.

My partner went in today to buy me some mersyndol day as i suffer from stress migraines and long car trips also give them to me. He was treated very poorly and they did not want to give them to him (mind you he is also in the medical industry) they tried to give him other alternatives... and they dont work... he had our licenses. i sat in the car and waited 20min for something that should take 5min well feeling sick as the woman serving him explained about her husband whom got addicted to medication. Im not a addict nor is my partner and we were both very appalled in the service we all have a right to pain medication and to be treated with respect.

Was shocked to find my wife's script for a PBS antibiotic was nearly four times dearer than the other pharmacy we finally got the script filled at. We ended up paying $5.50 instead of the $19.74 they wanted to charge most disappointing.

I wish I would have given -10such a incompetent staff charged me $30 higher then i sposse to pay .i checked the price at other pharmacy same ufs branch next to medical centre .ripped off $30 such a shame .

Handy to have a chemist at the shopping centre

Disgusting treatment of me by the staff and pharmacist of this pharmacy, like I have never received before. From being put on hold and forgotten about, to being told having my home pharmacy fax them a script for processing would be acceptable and given a fax number to do that, to then organising that to happen with my current pharmacy, to then having Nova Pharmacy tell me they hadn't received the faxed script, which was untrue. This pharmacy should not be in business. After then having my script sent a SECOND time. The pharmacist then tells me they won't process my script without the original, and when I point out that my time has now completely been wasted, the pharmacist HANGS UP ON ME. Unbelievably rude and incompetent. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.
