Freelance Tile and Stone - Gladesville - Appointment Only

I was recommended this business by my builder. I found that independently looking for tiles in this shop not possible as they have a 'library system' and the tiles are not on display. I wasn't overwhelmed by my choice but made a selection, none the less at their Castle Hill store. The tiles were over-priced considering they were manufactured in China.Once laid the tiler was unable to get the grouting off the tiles as they were very porous. I rang this business and suggested they weren't sealed but they assured me they were and took no responsibility. They said they have been used elsewhere without complaint. Weeks later, and after having had to get the tiler to take up and redo some, after having to buy grout removal, cleaners and a sealer and lots of hard work, they look ok but certainly not great.If I was you, I'd go elsewhere...and I will never ever go back for sure.

If you are considering this place for your tiles, the advice I give you is the advice I was given, Move on!" Shop around and you will find the same tiles at better prices.After sales service - Terrible!Price - The same tiles are available elsewhere for less.Selection - no different

I was renovating my house and was recommended freelance by a friend. Overall totally happy with my experience, I found the right tiles to use and was extremely happy with my selections assisted by one of the staff who recommended tiles from what i described i wanted.
