The fellas at ride in workshop are the best. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will never take my bike to another shop again. Had a tight deadline to get my bike up and running they gave me great, honest advice and had my bike ready to go on time. Cannot recommend the team enough. Keep up the great work!!!

Bike was in for spoke replacement quote $30 when I pick it up told $115 and it's illegal to let me take my bike unless it has new brakes but brakes were fine when I dropped it off. Not sure if this blatant lie works on anybody else! Unfortunately I still had to adjust the brakes myself they were so loose. A duty of care is a stark contrast to illegal.

Took bike in. Not booked in but the guys worked on it and fixed prob. Within fifteen mins. Mangled rear gear derailleur & gear cable needed replacing. Was not overcharged for labour which is something I have experienced in some bicycle repair shops in the past. ( Nth manly). Great customer service. Would recommend. I also recommend the bike shop at Narrabeen. Great guys, friendly & professional.

I got my son and second hand ebike for Xmas that needed servicing. I called around a few places and pretty much got a complete lack of interest to help or a to cool for school attitude because I hadn’t spent $6,000 on a bike. The guys at Ride in workshop were completely friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The job was done perfectly and the pricing very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again and recommend anyone I come in contact with.

Avoid at all costs - charge you for a whole load of things that don't need changing and don't call to ask or tell you they are doing it. Bike was not safe to ride away and had to take it to another bike shop!

Had a niche problem with an old steel frame that I wasn't sure could be fixed, but Ride in Workshop sorted it out for a very reasonable price. Professional, skilled and great value - thanks for getting my bike back on the road!
