Codlin Carpentry
Sam was really great to work with on what we thought was going to be a new fence but then turned into a whole new front of house and re designed front section. He was patient and had great ideas that he helped talked us through during the unexpected changes.The end result is outstanding and looks super smart! We couldn’t be more happier and would recommend Codlin Carpentry to all friends and family!

Sam and his team transformed our tired 80’s brick home..They replaced the old fashioned cladding with new then cladded over the bricks. removed brick pillars and put in white posts. They also removed our tiled patio and installed eco decking and replaced sone windows... Sam is easy to talk to and really listened to what we wanted.. There were no hidden extras or variations to the original quote .. They also remodelled an existing room to give us a pantry inside..We have had many people stop to tell us how fantastic the house us looking..We chose to go with Codlin because of how easy San was to talk to about what we were trying to achieve. He gave us ideas we hadn’t considered sent photos to show us different options and in too if that he was considerably cheaper than the other quotes we had .

Sam has completed several major jobs at my new house and have always found him to be really honest, reliable and efficient with everything he has done! He has completed at 2 large colorbond fences for me as well as a fantastic looking front fence and side access fence including a new home for my hot water system and wheely bins....the whole experience was seamless and hie knowledge and advice was invaluable....I would highly recommend Sam and will happily recommend to friends and anyone who is looking for a quality tradesman..
