Kmarts always a favourite for things you don't need but always end up buying anyway. Very hard to walk into any kmart without walking out with an arm full of things

Not sure what Kmart is doing with the click and collect/ online shopping.... Ordered from here because it was the store that apparently had everything I wanted in my cart. Only to have most of my items refunded maybe an hour later and still have to travel to collect my order.Upon trying to collect big cue in service line and small click collect line but then all service people being served first anyway and lady said cues were for both. Why bother having signage pointing one way for click collect and signage at counter if you don't intend to serve it as a click collect line for the convenience of customers trying to pick something up.Store seems like any other Kmart otherwise.

Toys thrown everywhere on shelves impossible to find what your looking for online it said the item was in store so specifically went in store to buy the toy to be told there's 15 of them but they don't know where that I can drive the 1 hour round trip from my home to another store pathetic takes 5 mins to tidy shelves up so its easy to see where items are. So the back stock must be impossible to find things in too.

There are never trolleys in store and when asked if there are any, your told to go to coles. Trolleys are always dirt and disgusting. Though some staff are very pleasant

Honestly the best Kmart I've been to in WA. The shelves are always stocked, the store is neat and tidy, there are always prices on everything and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Click and collect was rubbish.The bell on the door did not work or they just didn't hear it.Was raining and tried phoning the number on the door for collection- nothing.Called store dept no's and a team member answered after 20 min !Won't mention the name, but a team member opened the door and she was very rude and made me feel that I was the problem, not the store.Manners go a far way and these are taught at home.When the order was eventually brought out and handed she had to get reminded that there were more items to the order.

Clean complex, very open indoor area. Fresh produce market & bakery excellent. Cafes & Sarbas restaurant great. Plenty of parking. Library, Swim Centre, Aldi in same area.

Clean and tidy store and the staff are friendly and polite and helpful! Always has a lot of kitchen items at good prices and so much more! Always good for a browse to see what you can find!
