Great store, the staff are so nice. I was trying to buy a mattress for the back of my car and the guy actually talked me out of the more expensive option and directed me to the cheaper (but ultimately better-suited option) - I will now return there in future. Proper customer service.

Sally at Morley Clark Rubber provided exceptional service by assisting me to select the correct product for my lounge cushion inserts and cutting to size. She went above and beyond to assist me to fit the new inserts into the covers. Great customer service and extremely friendly.

Bought a Lazy Spa Palm Springs from Outbax Camping as I thought buying from an Australian Supplier would be better than buying cheap online from an overseas supplier. Love my spa but unfortunately misplaced my manual and accessories. Needed these to empty and refill spa so contacted Outbax about 8 times even providing s/no. , photos and description of what I required. Dealing with Outbax was so frustrating and they just couldn't get it together to help me, so I went into Clarke Rubber in Morley. They sorted my issues and even gave me some extra replacement bits I might need in future. The service was amazing and I couldn't be happier that my spa is ready again to enjoy this summer. DO NOT BUY THEIR MATTRESSES!!! Purchased their premium mattress. Was told it was suitable for every day use. Unfortunately it is actually very uncomfortable. Tried to have a discussion with the manager at the time about a return due to the unsuitability of the product but was told that it was my fault for purchasing and there was nothing he can do. Was also then told perhaps I should buy a new bed or one of their mattress Toppers. I wasn't looking for an upsell. I was looking for a resolution to a product that didn't meet my needs. AGAIN DO NOT BUY THEIR MATTRESSES THEY ARE UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!
