i purchased a Scott spark over 4 years ago and I've had nothing but excellent service and advice, I wouldn't go anywhere else

Just had my e bike repaired and it was a great experience. Fantastic customer service and fast repair. Can't thank My Ride enough would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great bike shop that will meet all your needs in one place

1 star is too many for the treatment I received at this place. I entered the store while my son was making a purchase. I was told I require a mask, I said I had a medical exemption. They ignored this and told me to wait outside. We went through this scenario a few times each time they ignored me so I went outside to wait. Quite annoyed by their dismissive attitude I went back in to request that I have it in writing from the manager that they would not let me in even though I told them I had an exemption, I was told again to wait outside which I did. I noticed through the glass they were not speaking with anyone so entered the store again to request this again and again told by female staff member she was the manager and was told again to go outside which I did again. Still annoyed by their attitude I decided to go back and record their behaviour. When I say I went back in it was only to just inside the door I did not attempt to go any further as all I wanted was some details of their names because of their incredibly rude behaviour towards me. I went back to record them and as I entered the store the female manager" closed the door on me and was crushing my leg in the sliding door as she pushed it to keep me out and was telling at me "get out

Competent and prompt repair to my specialized bike,fixed problem and explained the cause, very satisfied.

I went into My Ride Sunshine Coast to look for a MTB for myself and ended up kitting the whole family out with 3 awesome brand new Scott bikes!The local couple who runs the shop are super friendly, extremely knowledgeable about all of their products and has been so good to deal with.I would warmly recommend these guys for your next bike purchase! My new bike people! After having terrible service at a major chain of bike stores (waited a month for parts, lack of communication, didn't fix the problem after all that) I went to these guys who were great. Friendly, efficient, and fixed my problem in a fraction of the time the other guys took. Would recommend to anyone who needs bike repairs/ parts.

Just picked up my new ride. Ordered, assembled and delivered in 3 1/2 days! Friendly, super helpful and Excellent service. Highly recommend! Thanks guys.

Called my ride this morning chasing a new enduro bike, Harry gave me a great run down of their stock. As soon as I was instore Harry greeted me promptly and ran me through my options and we ended up going with the Scott genius. excellent customer service, will be sure to drop my bike in for it's first tune up. Cheers guys.Store was well kept and every laid out super well. Atmosphere was pleasant.

Would give zero stars if possible. Bought a tube that didn't fit my bike, sales staff member didn't accept a return/swap for same price tube with different valve size. Apparently it would put their stock inventory out". Awful service

Everytime either myself or wife go in the staff always assist our cycling needs. Hard not to walk out without spending money there. Staff are super friendly and always happy to come up and speak to you with questions we have.The mechanic there i have found one of the best I have had work on my bike. Pricing too is very good to and they go out of there way to explain what they have done and how to maintain so i enjoy riding more.
