Secure Parking - 110 Walker Street Car Park

Could use some extra cleaning, but a good choice for early bird parking

It's not actually on Walker Street, it's the street behind it. Good luck trying to navigate here on Google maps or Waze because there is no entrance to the parking from Walker Street, you have to go via the tiny one way backstreet behind it. Incredibly deceptive and frustrating.

I looked for signage to see closing time and couldn’t see any. Parked my car and come back at 10pm to find my car locked inside!

Impossible to find. Deceptive address and when you call their number for help get recorded message which directs to their website

Thanks….. 19 yo sons birthday, doesn’t live in North Sydney but took his girlfriend out for Sat lunch today, parked in 110 walker st, no signage about closing, every other Secure car park closes at 5 or later, got there just after 2pm, normally $10 they wanted to charge him $125.00 for a women to press a button on an app to let him out. He explained the situation…… no understanding…..very little care or customer service

How bad can a parking station be....? All they need to do is allow you to park your car and leave.And, it was the LEAVING bit that got me. The credit card machine wasn't working, and I suspect this has been the case for a while. On top of this, the 'help' didn't respond until about 8 times of pressing the button. The pay booth, wasn't manned, and their was no clear direction on how to pay.Eventually, someone from an offshore help desk responded, and of course made the problem mine by getting me to manually pay on my phone.He's a tip though – if it happens to you, the call staff don't know how much you owe. Say the lowest possible amount regardless. The lost revenue will make Secure sort it out. Money is clearly the only language they understand.

Took the family out for luna park and decide to park at north Sydney and train to Milson point. I don't live in North Sydney but There was a sign at the gates saying casual parking for weekend without any closing hours! parked in 110 walker st, no signage about closing, every other Secure car park closes at 5 or later, got there just after 4pm, normally $10 they wanted to charge him $125.00 !!!Seriously this is false advertising as the gate was closed and the signage still posted open for casual weekend parking! What a way to ruin a perfect Sunday family day.

They are not in walker street but in the street behind. The entrance in Walker street is limited to 1.8 m. Loss of time and money.

Poor lighting in complex, tight parking lot and doesn't stay open late, very inconvenient and expensive. Doesn't deserve even 1 star rating but that's the lowest I can rate.

I prepaid early bird and the PIN code didn't work, i rang them and they told me to take a ticket and they will fix my PIN by the time i leave. It wasn't fixed so i had to pay the parking fee of $70 on top of the prepaid fee. I don't any response from them about a refund, avoid!
