Emma from Step by Step did puppy training and puppy intermediate class training with our Jackapoodle puppy. Emma is very professional and caring in her approach to training, with a wealth of knowledge with different training techniques to suit the training required. Emma uses positive training that makes it easy for puppies to relate to and her passion for training animals shines through in the training sessions. We have definitely seen a big difference in our puppy’s behaviours since she started her training. We would highly recommend using Emma from step by step for any training.

The advice I received when a snake had entered my catio and left my felines anxious and scared was invaluable. They are all relaxed about going back in their catio and enjoying the space again.
