A good company is not always about it’s product but what they do when there is a problem. In this case Glenelg Glass of learning of the problem, which wasn’t of their making, promptly fixed it without any argument or cost.

I wanted the old glass replaced in my cedar french doors. After communication with Glenelg Glass I supplied the required cedar beading and the glass was replaced.The tradesman Ben did an exceptional job.He was patient & took care removing all the old filler. Beads were mitered and went on beautifully.I was extremely happy with the job done & I would highly recommend them.

His service was excellent. I rang, gave him dimensions and picked up no problems. Don't listen to the negative reviews he is just direct and good. The other reviewers just want a greeting like they are at a checkout at Coles

Can see why there are so many negative reviews! Called to get something replaced and was spoken with a downright “no” response! No worries, will take my money elsewhere.

I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was too get our window replaced. From phone call to the job being completed was about an hour. Everyone that I dealt with, on the phone and in person, was very professional. I can highly recommend Glenelg Glass.
