0/10 would not use. I got screamed at, threatened and abused by the office lady when I sent photos of the clean that we just had! We organised a 3 hour clean and specifically asked for the bathrooms to be done. The bins were emptied the windowsills weren’t even wiped down! Didn’t empty the water in the bucket once while mopping the floors and cleaned the glass doors with jiff and now have a massive stain on the glass which can’t be removed! Instead of offering a solution I just got abused and hung up on saying the “only reason I’m complaining is that I’m too effing poor to pay the invoice” I would rethink before booking this company

I have used Almikleen for routine cleaning of my apartment together with some non standard deeper cleans after I had had repairs completed. Firstly I have found Almikleen to be very responsive and always follow up to my requests in a timely manner. Their team are friendly and very diligent in both managing their time and in completing a very professional clean. The cost of their service is also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
