Do not stop here! I was travelling through and needed fuel, tapped my card with PayPass and they've charged me twice even though I only tapped once and I have spent a lot of time on the phone trying to sort this out. It has been a major inconvenience just by choosing this store to purchase fuel at so I highly recommend keep driving to the next place.

I bought petrol from your Gaythorne store yesterday morning 08/12/22. I was charged for someone elses fuel (not my mistake)I was asked to return to the store via a loudspeaker, upon returning into the store I was informed that I had been charged for the wrong bowser and was overcharged $0.87. I was informed that the whole amount had to be refunded and that I had to pay again for my fuel....... I have now paid in total $100.87 for petrol....... yet I have only bought $50 of fuel. I am yet to receive my refund....its not the bank problem as your offshore call centre keeps telling me. There wasn't actually a problem until your staff screwed up.... I do wonder what would of happened had I not had another $50.00 in my account? Would I have been reported ? I do know that I have paid for 2 lots of fuel and am yet to receive my money backWhy couldnt you just refund the $0.87..... not that it really matters — at 7-Eleven Gaythorne

A very spacious & safe petrol station! Premium unleaded, all good quality fuel from Mobile! Special mobile diesel gives you more kilometres to a tank! Makes your diesel engine run smoother! All other petrols are available. The service station is very new & the lines are very clean! The fuel tanks are buried underground so they are brand new! No contamination! Highly recommend this service STATION! The prices are cheaper than all the other competitors! The 7-Eleven store provides all the necessary products! Cold drinks & chocolates! Crusty cream donuts & muffins. An easy to use ATM that costs $2.50 from your Account ! An easy to use coffee machine is available & very cheap because it is self service! Regular $1 $2 & large $3. Lucky it was a quiet moment in the store as I needed assistance on correctly using the machine! Honestly if your a big coffee drinker this option is a very satisfying coffee standard but at a significant discount price comparison! I go to this store regularly fortnightly on Wednesday mornings! The staff are very helpful & friendly & provide efficient service! Very proud of their employment position & the good name that they are are known for! Service always comes with a warm smile! Edit: 22/5/23I'm so confused...because I think I just went to the airport. Which is interesting because I can't see any airplanes parked outside. Which is why I'm completely thrown by the fact that I just paid $10!!! for bottle of Diet Coke and a lighter. Do you sit out the back and burn the money we give you or something??? Is this why you need to charge so much for nothing? Goodness gracious me!---Stop using your PA system late at night. It is currently 2:30am and I can hear you speaking over it. Remember...you are in a residential neighborhood and you should respect the people who live around you. If you need to speak to a customer...WALK OUTSIDE and speak to them!

A service station without rest rooms?! Drive on. Won’t be back.It’s just lazy, cheap, and uncouth. Service stations have had this basic service since the dawn of time.Only stopped and purchased because of rest room - which you don’t have. Invest in, and assist your customers and we may invest back.

Good place for fuel and snacks etc. Admittedly some staff are a bit rough around the edges but remember aren't we all human and not machines.

This is my fuel station of choice. Ruth is the best. Been going here since it opened. They have great deals and always welcome you with a smile.

Always pretty empty whenever I’m there so I can get petrol straight away, as well as friendly service at the counter.

The staff are alway super friendly when I've been there, the fuel is reasonable priced considering how high the price has been. The coffee is fantastic for the $1 for a small.It's a shame that some of the 1 star rating are simple from the lock doors, which almost every 24 hour petrol station start from around 10:30 pm until 5am.
