The cleaning service was excellent. However, the owner/administrator is rude and does not understand customer service. We had a pair of cleaners whom we liked. After 2 fortnight cleans, they were replaced. When I asked what had happened with them, I was yelled at by the owner/administrator and lablled a difficult customer! We have since found a cleaning service that is both courteous and does the job well!
