In my opinion 4.5 stars. I don't give 5 stars simply because the communication is fairly old school" as in mostly based around the original telephone call (there doesn't appear to be voicemail there either). That wasn't an issue for me and time-frames offered to me were honoured! Had car services there a couple of times

Got recommended Joe by a friend for a roadworthy and he was great. Real honest guy, would recommend! Just be aware that he doesn't have a mobile phone or voicemail.
