Amazing hair cut, one of the best ones I have ever had, owner was kind and did everything really fast. Usually it takes 30 minutes for my cut to be done, but he did it in 15 minutes, and the cut is better. 100%recommended!

You broke the law, you discriminated, deal with the consequences. Only scum would do that to a vision impaired person with a guide dog. People, take your business elsewhere.

Mate. We have laws in Australia about discriminating against visually impaired people's Guide Dogs. You should be FULLY AWARE of this if you run a business. It's NOT the 1950s! Shame on you. What if she were your sister or mother? How would you feel. Enraged I am sure. Now PUBLICLY APOLOGISE to her and learn from this.

Tried to get my boys haircuts there in mid Jan. He refused to serve us, discriminating against us because I had my guide dog with me. I explained that he was a guide dog. My kids said he rolled his eyes at us & made rude faces at us. Police called later that day & barber got fined. To this day he has no remorse, told Channel 7 he was afraid of my dog but failed to mention this when we entered his shop. Barber was rude, sexist & the experience was absolutely humiliating. Took the kids to Jannali barbershop down in Jannali Ave & not only were they accommodating of my seeing eye dog but they were courteous & gave my boys fantastic haircuts. My dog is still not welcome at not so stylish cutz - but based on his rudeness, ignorance & arrogancr, I would never go back.

Saw in the news that they refused entry to a guide dog and the vision impaired woman was turned away. She then called the police as it is unlawful to not allow a guide dog enter a shop with the owner. Law is the law. These barbers must follow the laws if they want to do a business, especially if it is a service-orientatated busienss that involves welcoming customers inside the store.

Asked to get a mens bob cut.I showed him where the length to cut my hair right around my head... Instead, he just cut the back of my hair short.Now I have long sides that look like floppy rabbits ears.Never going there again.

My husband and I entered this barber last week. The staff looked up at us, then we were completely ignored. My husband spoke to them and we were still ignored. Extremely rude, unprofessional and clearly discriminated against us. A man came in after us of similar appearance to the staff and was spoken to immediately. We left and took our business elsewhere.

this business owner should be fined accordingly for refusing entry to a guide dog. what a disgusting thing to do. nothing excuses treating a person and their assistance animal like this.

Two blokes working a barber shop in their new home of Australia. Although Australia is a multicultural country, when you move here you have no right to ignorance of the law, or any right to discriminate. Persons of all walks of life have a right to be respected, discrimination is not part of Australian life, by law. A seeing eye dog, otherwise known as a guide dog, time to look it up fellas. I have a feel that instead of 'Stylish cutz for gents' there will be two gents trying on a different location or occupation soon enough. By the way, when you own a barber shop, might pay to have a decent haircut maye, just in case you make a HUMONGOUS blue, and end up on the national news........
