I have always bought flowers from here and have been very happy, however at the moment I am recovering from surgery and my daughter bought roses from here today for me and they were wilted and 2 were broken obviously they were left over from last week and bunched in with some greenery and sold to her as fresh they were only fit for the bin, very very disappointing.

A lovely florist situated in Eaton Street Sutherland. They have beautiful ready made arrangements to purchase and the bunches are always fresh and very colourful. They will also create an arrangement for you if you are wanting something specific and their flowers seems to last a long time after purchase. Great customer service.

Ordered flowers this morning by phone. Very friendly on the phone and very helpful in letting me know what flowers were available and what price range was available. Ordered flowers and was sent a pic of the completed bunch of flowers and also I was advised when flowers had been delivered. I was very impressed with the flowers and the staff attention to detail. Would highly recommend this business in Sutherland.

Recently went in to store to organise and order fresh flowers to be put on a cake. Specifically asked for pink and white roses with baby's breath and individual stems to be wrapped with florist tape and wired so as to easily insert into cake- this was clearly written on the order form as well as the owner of the store being present at the time of ordering. My partner collected the flowers on the Saturday- however was not aware they had been ordered to be individually wrapped and wired. The flowers ordered were NOT wrapped or wired and were just an ordinary bunch of flowers. There was also other flowers within the bunch that were not roses and there was NO baby's breath either. This then meant I had to individually cut the flowers from the stems so as to be able to stick them into the cake.To make things worse, I phoned the store on Monday (today) to advise that my order was wrong and offer some feedback only to be interrupted over the phone and made to feel like it was my fault the order was incorrect. Furthermore, I was hung up on over the phone!!! I have never had such appalling customer service! No apology offered what so ever. I will never be purchasing from this florist again and suggest others needing flowers shop elsewhere! Truly disappointing outcome for someone trying to support local businesses.

Wish the owner didnt handle plants like that, they were moved abruptly and tossed around. didn't make purchase as the roots came out and he tried to play it off.Slightly odd business ethic where they price things on the spot aswell rather than keep tickets.

This florist was asked to supply 20 flowers to be used at a funeral and for placing on the coffin by family members during reflection time. The flowers were paid for at the time of placing the order. When the flowers were collected on the day of the funeral only 6 of the 20 flowers had bloomed the other flowers were merely stems and buds. The florist would not give a refund but what was most disturbing was that they were uncaring and did not bother to try to locate other flowers. I would not recommend this florist to anyone.The family rang another florist at Engadine who went out of their way to assist, providing the flowers at short notice.

The later closing on a Saturday is a life saver! Friendly service and having the freshly cut stem wrapped in a mini water cup is ingenious.

Wonderful florist, amazing value, fantastic arrangements! This is also my fav florist too. Agree that they are the best in the Shire too.
