Had regrowth roots touch up. Ekta was patient and explained the process as it’s my first visit. Did a great job for me. Definitely would go back and might get foils next time.

I had an appointment in the morning where the person was busy pitching other customer to take a service. Which reminds me of why people take appointment in prior is to save time and be more schedule drivenThe service was scheduled for 20minutes out of which I was waiting for 15 minutes. Well I haven't taken the service after this but it seems like the start wasn't good at all.

Best saloon in Berwick. Ekta is highly professional and always works according to the customer’s needs and requirements. Ekta goes to any extend to make her customers happy and satisfied. I made an appointment at 10:30am in the morning but the shop was closed when i got there. You told me that you completely forget about my appointment over the phone. Is that what you call professional?! I have given 2 reviews with photos previously by another account but that can’t be seen by others. Can you tell me why? Instead of following up with your clients who’s unhappy with your service, i guess the way you solve problem is by questioning whether those people are your true customers?Why don’t you spend some time to improve your skills if you are so free? My hair is a disaster and i don’t know how it can be fixed!!! IT’S THE WORST HAIR CUT EVER IN MY LIFE!!
