I arrived late for the appointment, but was quickly allocated a spot in the queue. The service agent was very knowledgeable and friendly, and had the one phone fixed and the second taken to the technicians. Gave me the cost options and we were all done in under 20 minutes.

I bought a new iPhone at Apple Robina and had some funds left over on my gift card.The lady suggested I buy an Apple case. I specifically said to her that I wasn’t interested in one as the quality is terrible however she ensured me that they have warranty and it wouldn’t be an issue. Well, what do you know within one month the case has started peeling. I went into Apple today to have it replaced and I got told by the manager “that isn’t our problem as it’s not a manufacturing error, it’s from wear and tear in and out of my pocket from excess use”. What an absolute joke. This phone case from $108 and it can’t stand 1 month of use without peeling. Sorry, am I supposed to have a phone and not use it? What a dumb thing to say.Id like to know what the warranty of the case is for then… what else could go wrong with it that I’d need Warranty for? Waste of $108.

Bought an apple watch that was completely flat and couldn't be used, looked like it was broken. Went back to the shop and supposedly has to be charged overnight before it can be used for the first time because the wireless charger is too slow to charge it in four hours like through the Power Adapter which would have to be bought separately. Very disappointing product experience. Premium price but no premium experience. Service could have told me about this at the time of purchase because all electoral product come normally pre-charged. Would have saved me going back to the shops.

Worst experience ever in all Apple Stores I’ve ever been before and even felt discriminated there. I went for product pick-up at 4:30pm, which is around the closing hour. And there were more in-store staffs then customers at that moment, but no one came to offer service. I have been to much bigger Apple Stores with even more customers but the staffs can always come towards me so friendly. While I walked towards the staffs who were talking to each other there, one staff just passed by as if I were not there. I went to another guy who was seemingly serving arranged another one to pick up my product. The service is terrible and I would never go there again.

Avoid this shop if you need accessories for iPhones or Macs.The system in place to buy accessories is so poor. You are told to wait on one side of the room and you are forgotten about. I attempted 3 times through out the day and gave up.I could go to the worst take away store and they would have a better system for dealing with customers. For one of the biggest tech giants in the world you have forgotten the most important rule in business.

Never in my life have I received such poor customer service from apple/apple support. For context, my laptop is a 2016 MacBook Pro that has suffered from the flexgate saga. My first visit to the store the technician didn't even touch the laptop and said yep $1000 to fix. I then found out about the REP program and apple care told me I was eligible and booked me another repair appointment. I get to my appointment and am told that no it doesn't meet criteria and if I want it replaced I would have to call apple support. I ring apple support and 2 senior members advise that I was told the wrong advice and they're 'sorry'. And they might be able to offer a complimentary accessory only after the case was investigated. I now have a faulty laptop worth $20 so apple tell me. I don't want a new laptop, I just want it fixed so it's usable instead of being told 'it's old'. It has barely been used in the last 6 years, never dropped, simply faulty. And apple, a multi billion dollar company want nothing to do with it.

A gentleman that I know purchased a brand-new iPad and he hadn’t even taken it out of the box before he rolled on top of it while he was sleeping.The remote control of his television wedged underneath his gut and crushed the screen, but the warranty was void.I personally love the store, the staff, the products and the atmosphere, but they should not have treated my friend like that.Unless…he’s made up an elaborate story?That iPad never stood a chance

operator are bloody useless, first i spoke to a guy to find out how to fix a broken screen watch.i was asking for a cost or trade in. he couldn't help me and transferred me to the right person but another useless one who can't even give me a price for a trade in or repair. straight away say go to our website to check. all he can tell me is the price of a new watch. all i wanted was there was an option for me before i buy another one. Bloody hopeless customer service.

I had an appointment at Apple Store Robina because my phone wouldn’t allow me to do the latest stoftware update, they guy told me he couldn’t help me, didn’t know why I couldn’t do it, I took to a local IT business who fixed for me it cost me $200 and he said the tech at apple should have been able to fix it for me, I’m really disappointed!!! Not good enough
