I had a slow puncture this morning, l called these guys and explained, they were happy for me to bring my bike in then and there, fitted me around bookings and my bike was repaired and ready for pick up by 1pm. Outstanding customer service and really good guys too. I will be servicing my bike here from now on.

Nightmare ordeal.My bike was delivered to Benzina garage in December last year for repairs following an accident. Bike sat there for a month before Benzina actually submitted the assessment, and I called regularly to see whether or not they had received anything back from the insurance company. I was assured it was normal that assessments take this long to be looked at, and that they’d let me know when they’d received a response. After a month of this, I followed up with the insurance company to find out that they had received nothing!Turns out that Benzina had sent the assessment to the wrong email address all along. By late March, they had finally submitted an assessment. In mid-April, however, I found out that it had been submitted without any pictures or a damage report of the bike. Because of this, the insurance company could not approve repairs or a payout. After four months of the bike sitting in a garage with cobwebs between the handlebars, an initial assessment had not even been completed.I can understand that insurance companies can be difficult, but it doesn’t excuse an utter lack of communication with myself and effort from Benzina. As a customer, it's not my job to mediate between the two on what exactly an inspection consists of, but I was forced to. Benzina would be completely unreachable for weeks at a time on this issue and entirely dismissive of any concerns I had. Ultimately, I had to have my bike moved and the repair provider changed, with Benzina billing me over $1k in storage fees. Within two weeks at the new repairer, the bike had been assessed and authorised for repairs; within another two weeks, the bike was completely fixed.Terrible experience, if you’d like for yourself and your bike to be treated with an ounce of respect, take your business elsewhere.

Had an awesome experience with Nick, shan and the boys putting my custom built 2 stroke scooter together they're are amazing and from a former mechanic they know what they are doing and will take the time to do it properly.

I had called to book in to get my moped looked at, when I called the guy on the phone was very short and dismissive. I assumed he was flustered with work. We organised for me to drop the moped the following Monday. As I work full time I ask any time in particular he said no and just that the morning is preferred. I arrived Monday morning at 11am and he said he had been calling all morning but couldn't get through, He had the wrong number. I asked if there was a problem and he said it was because I didn't arrived when they opened.I reminded him of the conversation about drop off time and that he just said in the morning was fine and that is it still the morning. He said when he said morning he means 9am. Which was not communicated to me.He then showed me the computer to see how busy he was and how many bookings he had while complaining I was late.After a while of him complaining and me saying I asked what time and you had just said morning I obviously felt extremely uncomfortable and said I will just leave it, he asked why and I said I don't think this would be the best fit for me and left, he followed me down to my moped asking over and over why. I said he was being rude, I feel uncomfortable and I worry that if he is this rude when I am just dropping it off at the time and date given that he may over charge and I'd rather just leave.He shouted that he doesn't need my business and that he has many 5 star reviews and that I was late.It was a really confronting and intimidating experience and I really hope it had nothing to do with my gender but I worry it might given the following, standing over me and arguing from the moment I walked in.I wouldn't suggest this garage to anyone, especially if you are a woman, I think that might have upset him.

They guys know their stuff. For a small shop I just wanna hang out all day with the guys. Luke is a great chap and really kind soul and knows bikes better than anyone in Melbs. Deff go here

Absolute pleasure dealing with these guys at Benzina Garage. Anthony was nice enough to give me some guidance over the phone to attempt to fix the issue however it was bigger than it seemed. Quoted a fair price for quick turnaround and was kept updated along the way and always prior to any work being done on the bike. Guys know their stuff! highly recommend and will definately be back
