Clear Orthodontics

I had an appointment with Dr Kam today and with such high expectations of receiving good service, sadly I was not. The pain that I was feeling was undermined through terms such as “relax” or “it’s everyday pain.”Whilst he was operating on me he rested his instruments on my chest basically using me as a stand!!Completely ridiculous, not impressed at all.

Dr Brown & Dr Kam are fantastic & very knowledgable! All the staff are very friendly, welcoming & will go way & beyond to help you.Overall, great experience & highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed! I’ve had my braces on for longer than needed, and it’s already due to be removed, we have called repeatedly during and after work hours, left multiple voice mails, and still have not been contacted back. My braces were also not glued properly the first time, and now I am facing more issues than I should with my teeth. I am receiving no treatment for my teeth all because of this place! My teeth are also widening in gaps, making the situation my teeth are in now worse than it would’ve been if I hadn’t came here or gotten braces in the first place. At first the clinic was great, and the staff were excellent, but whoever’s in charge of the phone system sucks!

Extremely bad services, I have arrived 2 times during school hours. I have missed 2 work days due to clear orthodontist not alerting me that Broadmeadows branches are not open. They booked me as on Thursday and I came on Thursday. They not were open.

I had an appointment at 8am and we waited more than 45 minutes outside, we called the office 3 times but no response. We wasted quite a lot of time sitting there. Please leave a not on the door if you guys are not gonna open.

Amazing service. Lovely doctor and helpers. For the 2 years that I’ve been with them, they’ve been nothing but very informative, very helpful and always on top of their work. Friendly staff, good service, best outcomes and so highly recommend. Thankyou

Poor service. I’ve been attending this practice for my than 2 years. I ALWAYS arrive on time and even earlier. They’ve always made me wait. The one time I call to inform them that there has been an accident on the road (completely out of my control) and I will be running late, they would not accept me in their practice. What would’ve happened if I just came to their practice and didn’t call them out of courtesy to let them know I’ll be late? Would they have sent me home? I left work early to attend this appointment. Let me just say, I wouldn’t have been as late as how long they usually make me wait. As for my teeth, I finished my Invisalign journey at the start of the year. My teeth are straight but my bite is still off. Their solution to me was that it would “settle”. I’m still being patient and hoping that it would. Generally just disappointed and frustrated with the way they treated me, as a long time patient. I do understand business still needs to run and it was closer to the end of the day but as it was mentioned on the phone when I asked what my appt would have consisted of, “it would’ve been a general checkup which wouldn’t have taken too long just to see if everything is fine”.- if it wouldn’t have taken too long then I don’t see how there’s an issue with fitting me in. Especially after leaving an hour earlier from work to try and make this appt. As mentioned, extremely frustrated with they way they treated me as a long time patient, who’s always punctual and organised with my appt times and dates.

The most beautiful staff !Always so warm and friendly. Glad I chose this place for my orthodontic journey.Just wanted to make a quick shout out to the receptionist Ayca! I went to 5 different orthodontist who said I can’t have Invisalign I have to have braces because my teeth were too bad! But Doctor Brown is amazing with Invisalign and my teeth are looking better everyday! I can’t wait to see my finish result! Also the lady who did my first consult was lovelyyyyy, so good at her job!
