Pricing is always good. That's the positive but I have had bad experiences with the girls behind the counter who seem agitated and angry most of the time. And not extremely helpful.Being in retail most of my life, everyone, including the people behind the counter should make everyone feel welcoming at all times and do whatever they can to make your experience a good one

We had a very good experience at our recent shopping trip to The Good Guys Prospect. Anurag displayed excellent customer service skills and gave us a really informed insight into the options available for the good we wanted to purchase. He was very helpful and personable. We would highly recommend visiting the Prospect Store to receive a warm, friendly and honest guide to your next shopping adventure!

I bought a new TCL 65 inch TV and it got delivered broken. Upon calling Goodguys they were very unhelpful. They refused to replace TV and launch a case with TCL for me to followup and fight. Goodguys refused for any help.I dont want to give any rating i wish i could negative rating.PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Paid a visit into the store yesterday to take advantage of EOFY sales. We dealt with the store manager Dustin “Dusty” and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Dusty took time to work with us and made getting a lot of things for our first home a fun experience. He gave us a great package deal. Definitely recommend Good Guys prospect to anyone and to look for Dusty if you’re keen to get a good price all while having a bit of fun doing so.Cheers Dusty!!

Worst ever customer service .Waited for almost 1 hour for Donna( cooking appliances specialist) in Blacktown store to buy 1 silent range hood.First she Said she will attend me in 15 minutes as she was with other customer which was fine but later she was free still did not serve me.I literally waited almost for 1 hour.Don’t go to Good Guys if you want good customer service specially if you want any help in Buying any cooking appliance.Such a bad experience

Had a terrible experience. The customer service at the checkout desk was very rude. Less than a year ago bought an item from here, and it had a 2 years warranty. Recently, it stopped working, and I took it back, hoping that I would get a replacement for it as I needed it urgently. Not that I faced such rude behaviour from them, but they did not help in getting a replacement.I'm very much disappointed at store (The Good Guys Blacktown), and I do not recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a good product with a good customer service to help them out as well as a good policy for replacement and recovery.This place is a big disappointment and waste of money.

One sale person tried to trick you by not giving the best price but saying they are adding something that was already included. One sales person just gave negative attitude when we wanted to try a product, and told us we are not allowed. Only giving 2 starts for one older gentleman who did try and help.

I recently visited Good Guys Shop and I have to say not a great experience. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my purchase, despite the fact that I was spending a decent amount of money. I felt like they didn't care about my business and were just going through the motions of a sale.When I asked for help with a product, one of the employees just said two minutes and walked away. Another employee seemed bothered when I asked for additional information about a product. They barely answered my questions and didn't offer any additional information or recommendations.

Went in store looking for digital portable radio no one would serve me I think if I was looking in the fridge or expensive item I would of been served
