Fantastic clinic. Took good care of our dog Dudley and explained everything thoroughly. When unsure they collaborated with the team and delivered results that we saw almost straight away.Team at reception are always friendly and receptive to whatever we've needed also.Couldn't recommend highly enough.

First visit after having not had terribly great experiences for my little girl, Stevie, elsewhere.I'm over the moon having found a vet clinic that are so lovely and thoughtful to both the Animal, and the owner. It's such a vulnerable position to be in when your best friend is not well.Thank you so much for the kindness shown.

My pet has been a existing customer for about 3 years ans always does her health check up including vacci with charge 100 a bit. I think it's quite reasonable price. But this year she is unwell and we went for blood test 2 weeks agon and vacci in next second week.I was charged 109 JUST for vacci. They didn't provide any health check up service on that date. If due to inflation, they raised the price, according to Australian law, customer should be informed formally .I would raise the complaint to umbusman if they can explain clearly about this situation. Never go back again.

The vet and vet nurses were very kind and allowed me to drop off a pigeon that couldn’t fly. They assessed it, and humanely euthanised it and communicated the reasons for this to me.

These guys have been great. Closer to home than my old vet and they’ve been great with my 10yo Irish setter. They called my old vet to get his records and have been very friendly and gentle with him. He now tries to walk in when we walk past so they must be doing something right!

Above and beyond - I had to take my cat to an emergency after hours vet and they provided the notes to Thornbury Vet Hospital, his regular vet. TVH range me proactively the next day and checked in with me for the rest of the week, they gave me great advice and made me feel supported. Amazing customer service and care. So glad Jasper has great vets.

Always friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Every vet is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Our dog has been going here since he was a pup and we've always had a great experience including the puppy school on site.

I couldn’t possibly speak highly enough of the team at Thornbury vet.Everyone single team member we have met so far has been friendly, kind, and seem so passionate about their jobs!Our Corgi puppy Monty loves his visits, and the vets we have seen so far have been so loving & gentle. Monty especially loved puppy pre school with Caitlin! The puppy pre school sessions were invaluable for us as first time dog owners, and Caitlin is so patient and a wealth of knowledge.Thank you so much!
