Right now the dam is full, which makes the boat ramp side a nice place to relax with a book in the shade of one of a number of trees that are currently near the water's edge. Popular on weekends, holidays and school holidays for water skiing, fishing and jet ski activities.For peace and quiet best time is during the week.Not much there, toilets and shaded tables some distance away, but accessible either driving or walking. There is a lookout toward the dam wall.BYO everything. A place to get away for a while. Sit there, recline, look at the water, wander around, Recharge.
