He was super professional and accommodating, providing a luxurious and personalised ride experience in a one-of-a-kind car that was tailor made for a friend's birthday surprise, complete from the door to door pick up and drop off service to a curated playlist of his favourite songs. It was a last minute booking when I asked Cloud 9 Limousines if they could do a surprise service for my sister and her husband who was celebrating their 25 years wedding anniversay. Eugene was very accommodating and gladly took my booking. He was very professional and arrived at the location early. My sister and her husband had an unforgetable experience. Excellent service. Highly recommend Cloud 9 Limousines. Eugene was a fantastic driver who arrived ahead of schedule to collect my bridal party. He helped each person to the new Limo despite the rain and even made a short stop along the way to collect 2 more people without hassle.Communication was great with questions answered promptly.Would definitely recommend booking your next ride here!

We were picked up in the Bentley by our driver Eugene.He was right on time.The car was clean. Riding in a Bentley is an experience like no other. You simply float down the road.I would highly recommend booking with Cloud 9 Limousines when ever the need arises which I do hope is very soon.

My husband and I were surprised by family on our wedding night and we had Cloud 9Limousines pick us up and take us to our hotel for the night. To say we were gobsmacked when a Bentley came to pick us up was an understatement! The service and care was exceptional and topped our day off to a new level! We really felt like celebrities receiving first class service. We would recommend Cloud 9 Limo's for anyone looking for an experience to remember for EVER!
